You will accomplish the following physical wellness milestones upon completion of the program.

Physical Wellness Milestones

Month 1:
Functional Mobility Phase

You will restore your ability to perform basic home and work tasks from neutral spine alignment (healthy posture).

  • Able to sit for 30+ minutes without back support.
  • Able to hold cell phone at eye level for 5+ minutes.
  • Optimize your monitor height and workstations to support healthy posture.
  • Able to pick objects off the floor with healthy loading through your knees, hips and low back.

Month 2:
Neutral Spine Conditioning Phase

You will condition yourself to perform fitness and recreational activities without faulty loading patterns.

  • Able to stand for 30+ minutes with equal weight distribution.
  • Able to perform the perfect Plank and Lunge.
  • Able to go up and down stairs with symmetrical loading through the knees, hips and spine.
  • Able to lift overhead with symmetrical loading through neck, shoulders, and low back.

Month 3:
Functional Fitness Phase

You will condition yourself to perform sports with symmetrical loading patterns.

  • Independent with our Start Your Day Routine that align your spine each morning.
  • Able to perform cardiovascular conditioning with healthy loading through the knees, hips and spine.
  • Independent with a complete workout system that keeps you injury-free.
  • Sleep in neutral spine.
