"This program has absolutely changed my quality of life. Due to several traumatic car accidents, I was finally diagnosed with Craniocervical Instability and Atlantoaxial instability. In the past, my medical providers have referred me to physical therapists who encouraged me to do exercises and movements that were way too aggressive for my instability. Todd has helped me by using a program that is specific to my CCI/AAI and going at a pace that is individualized to my condition and needs. He monitors me when trying new exercises to give me feedback on performing movements in a safe and healthy manner. The program is manageable and doable, and the fact I can do it from my home several states away has made treatment so much easier since this medical condition is already overwhelming. This program has truly given me my life back. I was only 27 when I was diagnosed with CCI/AAI. I truly thought my life was over - I had to have head support all day, was sleeping in a recliner, could not leave the house for more than a few hours without severe pain. I was frequently relying on a neck brace. I have been working with this program for over a year now, and it has truly given me my life back. I have done so many things this year that I didn't think would be possible again - from seemingly minor things like being able to do laundry again and sleep in a bed, to bigger things like putting a bed frame together on my own, working 40 hours a week at a desk again (without pain), doing DIY projects again, and enjoying life more. "I have been working with Todd and Jennifer for the past six months focusing on healthy ways to move to reduce long-standing cervical migraines and neck issues associated with a car accident injury. I had tried Pilates, yoga and traditional PT in the past, but those activities worsened my symptoms. "I have experienced fantastic results participating in the Healthy Posture Club program. I utilize the program virtually and Todd excels at monitoring the movements and providing feedback immediately to maintain proper and safe posture. Todd is also very encouraging and resourceful, utilizing whatever is at hand in your work out space to complete the exercises and maintain proper posture. The virtual aspect is great allowing me to use the program in my home work out space with just my phone or a web camera. The equipment needed to get started is minimal and inexpensive.
I check in weekly with Todd to monitor my progression and make sure my form during the various exercises is correct. After my injury and subsequent nerve issues I did not think I could get back to working out, but through gradual steps with the Healthy Posture Club program I have formed a great workout routine and experience reduced symptoms and nerve pain.
